The Halo Awards recognise and reward staff who go above and beyond in their role. Award nominations are open to anyone, including fellow staff members, residents and their loved ones.
Winning a Halo
A Halo certificate and a gift voucher will be awarded to one winner from each of our 14 homes, as well as one overall winner of a Golden Halo, every single month*.
How to nominate
Simply complete the form below and click submit. Your nomination will then be sent direct to Wellburn HQ, verified and added to the monthly totals. Your nomination will be seen by members of our Halo team only, and at no point will your nomination be shared or discussed with anyone else.
