Chocolate fun

What better way to use up left-over Easter chocolate than making chocolate rice crispy cakes? A few of our ladies at Eighton Lodge have been busy in the kitchen whipping up these sweet treats for their fellow residents! And of course it was only fair they got to taste test the mixture too!
