Sending Love via Little Hearts!

Earlier this month our residents at Heatherdale spent the afternoon writing messages to send to loved ones along with one of these beautiful donated hearts.

The residents have kept one heart and the other has been sent to a loved one. Whenever either feel like they are missing each other they can squeeze the heart to feel the love.
