wOw! Our first winners

Earlier this year in May, we launched our new staff initiative – The ‘wOw’ (Wellburn Outstanding Work) award. Replacing our former Star of the Month award, we developed the wOw award to allow each of our Home Managers from all 14 homes to recognise their staff at a local level. Each award is presented to a member of staff that has gone above and beyond what is expected of them. We’ve had some very worthy winners since the initiative was launched, and our staff have really embraced it. Well done to all winners so far.
