Introducing our new wOw awards

Replacing our former Star of the Month, we've developed a new initiative to allow the Home Manager from each of our homes to recognise staff, at a local level, who have gone above and beyond what is expected of them. The first WOW awards will be presented by the Home Managers over the next week. We've some very worthy winners, who have made a significant impact on the care provided to our residents. If you witness any outstanding work from any of our staff, please do share your experience and the name of the member of staff with home management, and they could scoop up a wOw.
