Welcome from Michael Scott

Our Wellbeing Support Officer, Michael Scott, is running designated wellbeing days on both Monday and Friday’s each and every week - with the sessions there to offer help, guidance and advice on all things wellbeing.

So every Monday and Friday, you’ll have the opportunity to book your 50 minute 1 to 1 session, and for the meantime, because spaces are limited, they’ll be on a first come first serve basis. 

To book your session, simply select either the Monday or Friday, then the time of the session that suits you on the bookings calendar below. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and then just leave the rest to Michael.


A few house rules

All slots are available on a first come first served basis. The sessions are not to be used for general complaints. These must be carried out through the regular channels. 

Michael will always try and help you as much as he’s able to, but for those things you may need help or advice with, that fall outside his scope, he’ll always try and point you in the right direction to get the advice, help or information you need. 

All sessions are completely confidential and will be conducted in a judgement free and safe space - anything raised or spoken about in the session will remain in confidence, unless permission is granted.
